MasterClasses are presentations and tastings of products in five different thematic groupings for business audiences and food journalists.

Get to know the certified products –PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), organic, and others  –  which are participating in the exhibit, and learn about their unique characteristics on the basis of different places of origin and production conditions.
